Our Quarterly Kids Night Out

On Friday, June 26th, we held our quarterly Kids Night Out at the church. School was finally done for everyone for the summer, so what better way to start the summer than with a gathering of our church family. Despite the rain, wind, hail, lightning and a tornado in the area, everyone enjoyed their time together. We worked (weeded the church grounds), we learned about Saints Peter & Paul, we ate pizza and played games. Finally the storm ended and Fr Michael was able to make a camp fire and we ended the evening toasting marshmellows and singing around the campfire.
